Virginia Walker is the Business Manager of Reproductive Possibilities, LLC and Surrogate Fund Management, LLC. Virginia provides invaluable knowledge and support to the agency's customers and to our companion escrow company. With nearly twenty years of management experience, Virginia's leadership and organizational skills help our agency and escrow company maintain a solid foundation as we grow. Virginia is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Virginia is happy to speak with any potential client who wishes to speak with her about our agency or escrow company and how it can work for you.

Sally Ann O'Shea is one of our Intended Parent Coordinators. Sally Ann brings years of experience to the agency. Sally Ann matches clients with their gestational carriers using the detailed information contained in our database of surrogates and the selection criteria provided by the intended parents. In addition, Sally Ann acts as the liaison between intended parents and their surrogate mothers during the entire period of their arrangement.

Jane Groenendaal is another Intended Parent Coordinator. Jane brings years of office management and customer service experience to the agency. During her time with the agency, Jane has successfully matched many intended parents with their gestational carriers and acted as liaison for them throughout their journeys. Jane also interviews many of our prospective gestational carriers to determine their suitability to be in our program. Jane majored in hotel and restaurant management in college.

Joan Taylor is also an Intended Parent Coordinator. She brings years of business experience to the company. Joan has spent many years as an operations, customer service and sales manager. This experience has allowed Joan to slide into the role of coordinator and guide for parents and carriers alike, and allows for timely and caring follow-up throughout each journey. Joan enjoys speaking with prospective Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers.

Helene Gardner is an Intended Parent Coordinator and is very proud to be on staff at Reproductive Possibilities. Her extensive customer service and administrative skills come into play in her role as intended parent coordinator. With a career in a range of fields from Wall Street to Theater, her familiarity with diverse personalities supports her whether interviewing perspective gestational carriers or assisting intended parents to navigate this exciting journey.

Tina is our Gestational Carrier Coordinator. Tina maintains contact with our gestational carriers throughout the screening process and answers whatever questions they have. She coordinates the screening of our carriers that occurs upon being matched, including a home study and criminal background check. Tina also obtains insurance information from the gestational carriers for review by counsel for the intended parents and helps coordinate the purchase of health insurance for many of our gestational carriers.

Alyssa Rende, our administrative assistant/receptionist, welcomes each customer that enters or calls our office with her polite manner and engaging personality. Jacki joins us with over 10 years of experience in the Business Administration field. She is a graduate of Siena College in New York, with a B.S. in Computer Science. Jacki is the executive assistant to Melissa Brisman, so many of our clients will speak with her initially and she will welcome them to our offices when they arrive here. Jacki’s warm personality and caring demeanor encourages our clients and colleagues to know this is the first step towards a wonderful journey.
